Not quite four candles!
A client in the north-east of England has ordered a THIRD ceramic "candle" filter from us.
Unfortunately, we can't quite do the "four candles" gag yet!
This filter has "Cerafil" type ceramic elements and follows a trusted design harking back to the 1990s. In fact, when we designed the second filter for this client, they specifically asked us to replicate their original filter that had been in service for 26 years at that point.
The main drive of this project is to enable the client to add a third manufacturing plant that replicates all the features and conditions of the original filter, as the filter unit's operation proves crucial in the client’s unique manufacturing process.
Filter Designs are thrilled to have been asked, yet again, to support this client.
Our recent Projects
An empty warehouse is always a welcome place to start a project. This is because we have a blank canvas with which to design an ideal layout for a flue gas treatment plant. Once installed, our system cleans the gases from a waste boiler and waste infeed plant and will allow the end user to stop transporting waste around the country and manage it locally, save on transport costs and produce some electricity too.
