Filter Designs “cast” in yet another great role
Our great working relationship with Scotland continues with yet another order, and a project successfully completed, this time at an aluminium foundry plant in Fort William.
Filter Designs have now installed and commissioned a hot gas bag filter project for the casting shop, and a second cartridge filter system serving two induction furnaces.
The aluminium industry continues to be a key sector for Filter Designs. So much so that we were very happy to be featured in the October 2020 issue of Aluminium Today.
Our recent Projects
An empty warehouse is always a welcome place to start a project. This is because we have a blank canvas with which to design an ideal layout for a flue gas treatment plant. Once installed, our system cleans the gases from a waste boiler and waste infeed plant and will allow the end user to stop transporting waste around the country and manage it locally, save on transport costs and produce some electricity too.
