CleanPulse CPB72 unit containing 72 filter bags. The unit extracts from 5 main internal rooms each with 2 or more extract points. The dust is potentially explosive but over 200 varients of the dust were to run through the system. Filter Designs therefore specified the highest St1 explosivity rating for the explosion panels and fan. The filter was supplied with all ducting, fan, attenuator, CAT ladder and handrailing, fan starter control panel with pfeller fuchs barrier interface, pulse controller for reverse jet filter, blow back dampers to prevent any explosion travelling down the ducting to operators, stainless steel extraction hoods for ease of cleaning and dual discharge bins.
