CleanPulse Bag House Filters
The CleanPulse tubular bag filter is often used on large heavy duty applications such as cement industry coal mills, ball mills and kilns, in mineral processing plants and as the photograph below shows, in power stations for coal handling.
These sort of applications need a robust filter, with in built flow distributions system and designed with a variety of features such as explosion relief panels, antistatic earthing and bags, suitable discharge systems, and manufactured from a variety of materials including stainless steel.
The CleanPulse filter is based on tubular mounted filter elements of fabric or ceramic filtration media. Standard tubular bags with cages and venturies are normally 127 mm diameter and range from 1000mm long to 6000 mm long. Filter pleated elements come in a variety of diameters and lengths to suit the specific application although there is a range of standard venting filters. Filter media is selected to suit the application and can handle gases with temperatures exceeding 400° C.
